JR PASS.. pocket wifi.. Pasmo card

we are planning to buy JR pass for our coming visit in Japan this Nov. also thinking of getting pocket wifi & PASMO card.

i have question for PASMO card, can we use this card in OSAKA, Hiroshima & KYOTO?

can we order this all together at the same time?

I am in Japan right now and I rented a wifi card. It stopped working while we were out exploring. We use it for maps, etc. That was last night. Contacted company, still no response. Luckily we are leaving today. I recommend a different company.

Also, Passmo/Suica are very easy to purchase at airport machine. No need to pre-purchase.
