I will be traveling from Okayama fro Kinosaki Onsen with Kansai wide pass. Can the pass be used for the following route? Do I have to pay seat fee with the pass? Any help is greatly appreciated!
From Okayama to Kyoto (SHINKANSEN NOZOMI 14)
From Kyoto to Kinosaki Onsen (LTD. EXP KINOSAKI 5)

You can do it, but it might be much faster to go by way of Himeji. You don't need to pay any seat fee with the pass.
