Hi,
I'll be traveling Japan from March 23rd to April 13th, a total of 22 days. I'll be landing in Fukuoka to spend a night and then go to Osaka and Tokyo. I'll then be back to Kyushu on April 3rd and spend rest of my time there. I'll be getting a regular JR Pass, but does that cover my travel needs in Kyushu or should I get the Kyushu pass also? I might change my travel plans in Kyushu a little depending on the suggestion.
Thank you.

The ordinary JR Pass covers the whole country, and will cover you for all JR trains, including those in Kyushu too.
Sincerely,

Thank you.
The Kyushu pass only comes with 5 days. It is possible to purchase more than one pass if you need it for a couple more days. The 5 days will only start once you exchange it at an exchange office in Japan.
Kind regards,
