Hi. My family will be traveling to Japan next week and we will be using the JR Pass. My question is can we exchange our vouchers at the JR Ticket Office or should it only be at JR Pass Exchange Office? We have an early flight and we will probably arrive at Nagoya Station around 8am. Can we exchange our vouchers at the Ticket Office, or do we have to wait for the Exchange Office to open at 10:00am? We are taking the JR Tokaido Shinkansen to Tokyo and we would like to book an earlier train. Hope someone can answer my question. Thanks in advance.
