Apr 5 from Tokyo to Osaka
Apr 6 sight seeing in Osaka
Apr 7 day trip to Kyoto
Apr 8 from Osaka to Tokyo
Apr 9 visit Mt.Fuji
Apr 10 sight seeing in Tokyo
Apr 11 going to Narita airport from Tokyo Marunouchi station

It would be possible to do this trip with a 7 day Rail Pass. Simply activate it on day 5 and it will cover you for all your journey up until you leave on the 11th.

We are a group of 5 adults arriving at Narita Airport for a 10 days stay from the 11th September. Our main aim is to climb Mount Fuji on the 12th of September. We will decent on the 13th and wish to travel to Osaka for a 2 nights stay. To Kyoto and back to Osaka on a day trip and would like to travel to Hiroshima and back to Tokyo.
Does the 7 days Rail Pass covers journey to as far as Hiroshima?
