If we start using our JR pass(14days) from the third day. Can we get a Tokyo Furii Kippu (Ticket) for day 1? can we use it from Narita airport to Tokyo? if not what is the better option? Thank you.
It would be VERY hard to make the Tokyo Furii Kippu worthwhile - it's too expensive. Narita is 66km away in Chiba and you can't use the Kippu anyway. For within Tokyo I suggest you get a 2-3 day subway pass. With just a moderate amount of going around, you can start saving money. http://www.tokyometro.jp/en/ticket/value/travel/index.html#anc03
As said, no. Do you really think you can take a subway 66 km? It's for within Tokyo. But the pass is easy to pay off for the 2-3 day version. The 1 day pass would be very tough. But the subway blankets the whole city - you can go to virtually any place you'd want to go to.

Or use the Keisei+Metro ticket.

Another option are the Narita Express or limousine bus round trip tickets.

The latter is very convenient if you have a lot of heavy bags and are staying at one of the big touristy hotels it goes to.
But the cheapest would be the Keisei Bus or 1000 yen bus.

Can we use it to travel to Tokyo? buy bus? or by train?
The Tokyo Subway Ticket is valid for use on Tokyo Metro and Toei Subway lines, neither of which serve Narita Airport.
Also, I find them to be tricky to make pay off, and they still limit your transport options to the subway.
You don't NEED to be under a pass for everywhere you go. As was mentioned, you have a couple economical options to reach Tokyo from Narita.
