I took JR Pass before came to the Japan. My question is; can I use my JR Pass ticket in the N'ex train? Is it to be valid in the N'EX TRAIN? N'EX Train's line is JR LINE?

Yes you can use it.
Seat reservations are required though. You can get them free at the JR office.
