What's the best option if I wish to travel to Gifu and Takayama in Dec?
1) Should I take JR from Tokyo airport or is there a nearer international airport to Gifu? I need to exit via Tokyo airport and will likely to stay 1 week in Tokyo thereafter.
2) 7 Days JR pass will be sufficient?
3) Do you recommend Gifu/Takayama in Dec for family of 4 (2 kids: 10 & 5 yrs old).
4) Is the place far from Kyoto and Nara?
5) Is Nara park open in Dec for deer feeding? Sorry for long questions.
