I want to travel to Japan and am thinking about buying a Rail Pass. I would like to see Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, and maybe Hiroshima. What season do you recommend going?

Japan is really beautiful during all times of the year-- it has wonderful fall foliage, stunning snow-covered mountains, fields of flowers in summer, and of course the world-famous cherry blossoms in spring. You can't lose!
Do yourself a favor and don't go there in summer.(from june til october) It is simply to hot and humid.You should visit Hiroshima and maybe skip Osaka.It is worth it.
