This is our itinerary for a short two week trip for four persons (we would like to know if the JR pas would be an interesting option) :
Asakusa station Tokyo to Mitaka to Asakusa
Asakusa station Tokyo to Nikko
Nikko to Yokohama
Yokohama to Kamakura to Yokohama
Yokohama to Hakone
Hakone to Irago
Irago to Toba (ferry)
Toba to Ise Shrine to Toba
Toba to Kyoto

We will visit Japan in 11 days, spend the time Tokyo, Kyoto, Hiroshima, Hakone and Nikko (not in that particular order).
Please advise the most efficient time allocation for each city and which JR Pass to purchase.
