No Order Confirmation Received

Hi,

I just purchased 2 JR pass (7 days), 2 suica card, and a pocket Wi-Fi. However, I did not receive an order confirmation number. I did not receive an e-mail confirmation either. I am concerned. How can I confirm that my order went through?

  • I had the same situtation. No contact from them in spite of two emails sent.
  • I here face the same issue, I bought 2 adults 7-Day JR Pass but have not received any confirmation email about 9 hours ago. And I have just sent out an email, please advise
  • The only thing I can suggest is that you contact them through their form above. If that doesn't work, phone them.

    If you do not receive your confirmation email please check your junk folder. If you still cannot find your confirmation email then please contact us directly as there may be a typo in the email address on your order or another problem.

    Please contact us by telephone (https://www.japan-rail-pass.com/about-us/contact) or email ([email protected]). Please make sure you provide us with the name of the person the order is being shipped to, your email address and date of when you made the order.

  • Hello everyone! I just bought 2 x 14 Days JR Pass. The transaction was successful (from the last screen, which said "your order is confirmed"), however I received no email and no confirmation number although the fee was deducted from my account. Please help me solve this. It makes me scarred of being a scam!

    As stated above if you do not receive a confirmation email, first please check your junk folder in case it ended up in there. If you still can't find it then please contact us, as there may be a typo in the email address on your order or some other problem.
