I bought the 14 day JR Pass and will use it between 1-14 of March. My itinerary is not fixed, whereby I might jump from Osaka to Tokyo and then to Fuji or Hokkaido, whenever i feel like it. Thus if I intend to reserve seats, lets say on the 8th i would like to go to Tokyo, but I am unsure when to go Fuji. Can i make a seat reservation on the 8th and make another reservation after that date?

Please note that you can't use a JR Pass to get to the Fuji area. You can take a bullet train up to Odawara if you want to see the Hakone area, or up to Otsuki if you want to see the Fuji 5 Lakes area. After that, there are other regional passes that can save you money.

The Hakone Loop Course

is a common way to see the area and takes a full day.

Under "More Options", be sure to uncheck the Nozomi box since you can't ride that train using the pass.
