We are planning a trip to Japan in November 2015. We are flying in to Tokyo and we should get to Kanazawa and we will stay there for 6 days and then travel back to Tokyo. What is the best way of doing that trip?
We would suggest having a look on www.hyperdia.com to see how much a round trip will cost you. It may be the same price as a JR Pass, or less. If you are only staying in Tokyo and Kanazawa for 6 days, you may not get the full benefit of a JR Pass, and might be better off just purchasing a return ticket if it is cheaper.
