japan rail pass

hi sir, I would like to visit japan on march next year. however, I am not sure what pass should I buy. My plan as following :
1day reach narita airport 7.40am and proceed to Osaka.
2 day Osaka
3 - 6 day at Kyoto
7-8 day at Takayama
9-13 day at Tokyo

Hello - With your itinerary, neither a 7 nor a 14 day pass would work. If you could leave Tokyo and return within 7 days, then a 7 day pass would be great. Or, if you added some side trips into your plan, then a 14 day pass would work. You could take a day trip up to Nikko, or go see Himeji near Kyoto, or for real savings do a day trip or overnight to see Hiroshima City & Miyajima. Of course, you could do all those things and really rake in the savings.
