Travel from Tokyo to Hokkaido

I am planning to travel from Tokyo to Kutchan (one way) and am struggling to find the right place in the JR website to price the fare.

Can someone please point me in the right direction?

You can find train fares on www.hyperdia.com. Please note that purchasing train tickets and reservations will have to be made directly in Japan.
