I'm departing in late October for two weeks as a single traveler. I'm interested in purchasing a National First Class 14 Day Rail you quote a price of 497.00 for this. The "fine print" on your free gift offer states that the free gift is only available when you purchase two National Rail passes, however if I purchased two 7 days "ordinal" class passes at a total cost of $456.00 - I would get the free gifts? So If is spend $497.00 I for a 14 Day First Class, I don't get a free gift, but if I spend less ($456.00) for two passes I get a free gift? This makes no sense. Please clarify if this is intact your policy. Also please not I just tried to send an email to you using the link on your contact page and the email gets returned to me as undeliverable, none of this is making me feel comfortable about using your service.
