Hi just checking if this can be used to get the bullet train to Nagano, as it says you can go to Nagano with it but just checking that can be on the bullet train and if there is any additional fee for this. Also can it be used for the monorail to get to Haneda airport and be used on all the trains in Tokyo.

Also I can't find anywhere the price for a ticket on the bullet rain from Tokyo to Nagano if just buying a ticket can some one please tell me or post a link so I can find prices thanks

If just buying ticket you can check fares at www.jorudan.co.jp. Yes, JR East pass can be used for monorail to Haneda airport from Tokyo but not all trains in Tokyo, only JR trains.
