Kansai area pass

Hi,

I will be arriving by train into Kyoto on the 23rd September.

From there I intend to have a day trip to Nikko and Arishiyama as well as a day and a half exploring Kyoto. On the 27th I need to get to Kansai airport by train.

Is it worth getting the Kansai pass or should I buy individual tickets?

I always check and compare using www.hyperdia.com. It's the best way to figure out if it's worth getting a pass or not.
