My itinerary is as above. I will be travelling for 8 days. May I check which pass is most suitable for me?

The only pass that will cover all of these areas is the national Japan Rail Pass that is available for 7, 14 or 21 days. So you may need to get the 7 day and activate it on your 2nd day and pay for the journey into Tokyo from Narita or on the way back to the airport from Tokyo.
