I land in Haneda Airport at 10:05 PM, I probably won't be settled until I probably exchange my voucher for the pass and activate it, so at around 11 PM is when I can start taking the train. I just want to know what sort of transportation is available after hours because I believe the trains will stop working in the middle of my route to my hotel in Narita/Chiba. Are there buses after hours with the JR Pass? Will a JR assistance representative be able to help me at those night times through their hotline with step by step instructions of transportation that can help me get to my destination?
