Day 7 Tokyo
Day8 Fujikawaguchi

Are there any interesting places that I can visit between Hakodate and Tokyo which I can visit?

Sendai is half way between Hakodate and Tokyo and I really think it is worthwile staying there not only for the city but also for the places that are around Sendai such as Matsushima bay, which is located 30 minutes by train outside of Sendai. Matsushima Bay has been celebrated as one of Japan's three most scenic views alongside Miyajima and Amanohashidate. The bay is dotted by over 200 small islands covered by pine trees.
