Traveling to Hokaido from Tokyo

May I enquire what are the few alternatives for me to travel to Hokaido from Tokyo? I will be arriving at Tokyo by 2150pm. Thank you!

You won't be traveling to Sapporo on your arrival day - you simply are arriving too late. The most efficient way to go would be to fly the next morning. There are low cost carriers that can take you one-way for as low as $50. Look at:
