Good Morning,
I am looking for help on how I should get from the Airport to my hotel and then back to the Airport. I should be arriving at Handea airport on a Saturday at 1:45 local time and going to the Westin Tokyo Hotel. What would be the easiest way to get there? I have points that i can use for some shuttle and car services i just need to know which ones there are at the airport. I do intend on getting the JP Rail Pass for my stay. My return trip leaving on a Friday at departing at 5:57 at Narita i need the same information. I will be in Japan for two weeks. I have done my research on the JP Rail Pass but i still like to have the experts advice on the Rail Pass. One of things I am looking at is the difference in the Ordinary and Green JP Rail Pass. I also would like to get the Pocket WiFi. Most of my traveling will be in and around Tokyo or where i can get to by JP Rail Pass and walking. Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated. Also any places you might suggest visiting I would gladly look into.

Why not look at the hotel website? Easily found.

The Limousine Bus would be the most convenient.
As for getting around Tokyo, a 2 or 3 day subway pass can save money and is quite convenient.

If you are only staying in the Tokyo area, then the JR Pass would be a total waste of money. There are some good day trips you can take, and a Tokyo Wide Pass is a real godsend.

A few places you might consider as a day trip are:
Karuizawa, Kusatsu, Izu, the Ushiku Great Buddha, Kawagoe, Mt Takao, Hakone, the Fuji 5 Lakes area, the Boso Peninsula, Yokohama, Kamakura/Enoshima, and more.
Also, The Hitachi Seaside Park in Ibaraki is well worth it too - and it's easy to fit in Kairakuen in Mito along the way.
For the Fuji area, there are good Odakyu passes for there,

If you are in Japan for 2 weeks, that is more than enough to see the Kansai Region also - but that means staying there for several days. It is too far as a day trip. Kyoto and Nara are the crown jewels of traditional Japan.
If you want to find out more about what to see and do, try looking through the JNTO page and Japan Guide.

For getting to Narita, there are several ways. The cheapest is the 1000 yen bus.

There is also the same Limousine Bus, and while the most expensive, it is the most convenient from your hotel.
You could also take the Narita Express:

And last but not least, there is the Keisei from Ueno Stn.

You can find regular rail fares, routes and schedules on Hyperdia.

Under "More Options", be sure to uncheck the Nozomi box if on a JR Pass since you can't ride that train using the pass.
