hi im going to japan on may for 8 days. im going to stay at chiba at my friend house. pls help me to have less expensive iteminary .it is possible to go in osaka and tokyo. thank you so much.

Well, the cheapest and fastest way would be to fly - if you're in Chiba, you can catch a cheap flight from a low cost carrier like Jet Star or Peach or Vanilla Air - for as low as UD$30 one way.

But if you want rail, a 7 day JR Pass would pay off from around Narita to Kansai and back.
