My itinerary:
1) Kansai Airport to Osaka
2) Osaka to Kyoto
3) Kyoto to Mt. Fuji
4) Mt. Fuji to Tokyo
5) Tokyo to Narita Airport
Will it be worth it to purchase the JR Pass?
Will I be able to use the JR Pass to get around within the cities of Osaka, Kyoto and Tokyo?
Will the JR Pass take me to Arashiyama if my hotel is located near Nishiki Market?
Can you take the JR Pass take me to Kyoto to Mt. Fuji?

A JR Pass would not pay off for a one way trip like yours.
You can buy a regular bullet train ticket for about 13,000 yen from Kyoto to Tokyo, or if you want to save a little money (and take about an hour more) there is the Platt Kodama ticket.

For the Mt Fuji area, you need to specify if you'd rather see the Hakone area or Fuji 5 Lakes area. The Hakone area would be a lot easier for you to get to. There is a regional pass you can use to save money.
