My trip will be in a group of 8 person (Have elder in our group)
We land in Narita on April 18th and leave on the April 25th from Haneda.
Our plan is:
1 night in Kawaguchi (Lake Kawaguchi, Gotemba)
2 nights in Toyama (Tateyama Kurobe)
1 night in Nagano (Jigokudani)
3 nights in Tokyo (Ashikaga, Asasuka)
Should i purchase for JR All pass ? Kindly advise.

You'd still be a long ways from making a full JR Pass pay off.
I suggest you consider getting a JR East Nagano Niigata Area Pass - it will cover your trip *part* of the way but still save you some money. You pick 5 days out of 14 to use the pass.

Your timing should be very good this year if you want to see the wisteria at the Ashikaga Flower Park. You also have a great chance to see the shibazakura at the Fuji 5 Lakes area.

Some regional passes can also help - there is the Tateyama Kurobe Option Ticket you can use for Tateyama.
