Name / Surname order printed on JRP

Hi,

I've finally received my 2 ordered JRP.

I noticed that the Name / Surname order is different between the two tickets.

JRP #1
Name: nameX
Surname: surnameX
Stampato sul ticket: surnameX nameX

JRP #2
Name: nameY
Surname: surnameY
Stampato sul ticket: nameY surnameY

however, all the Names / Surnames match perfectly with what is printed on our Passports.

Does this can cause some problem?

Name order is virtually never a problem.

If they match your passports, there is no need for concern. I can't speak for all the tens of thousands of people getting a JR Pass, but I've never heard of any such problem. If your first name and surname are on the voucher and spelled correctly matching the passport, the voucher will be accepted by JR.
