Tokyo - Hakone - Kyoto - Izo - Tokyo

Hello,

I tried to find the infomation by myself, but I could not understand which trains are covered with the rail pass. So I would be very thankful if you could help me with:

01 - 02: Arrival Tokyo Haneda - stay in Shinjuku
02 - 05: Hakone
05 - 09: Kyoto (with a daytrip to Nara)
09 - 11: Peninsula Izu (maybe that changes to Osaka)
11 - 15: Tokyo

For the first days I guess it would be good to take the Hakone Free Pass? Would you recommend the Rail Pass for the other days? Or any other advice on the route/passes?

As you have it, no JR Pass would work for you - you travel too long for a 7 day pass, and not enough to make a 14 day pass pay off.

The only way you could make it work is to make Hakone as a side trip of Tokyo with a Hakone Free Pass, use a japanican ticket for the Tokyo-Kansai round trip,
