How do I order rail pass with one name?

I have no surname and my passport only lists a single name. And the website won't allow me to submit the form without having two names for each passenger on the ticket. How should I order the rail pass? Will I have to purchase one in person once I arrive?

Typically with airline tickets, you repeat the same name twice. But just to be sure, contact them directly and ask.
