On 17 November at 5 PM, we lose our JR Pass within the Shinjuku station in Tokyo. When we realize the loss in Suidobashi, we returned to the station and talk to the operators of all Inputs / Outputs without success. But one of them offered to help us and we went to the JR Central. Two different people had found and delivered the passes. Fortunately we were able to conclude our extremely pleased with it and thankful trip.
