JR Pass or Regional Pass?

Hi,

I'm looking to travel to Japan in 17 March 2015 and hope to have advice.

17 March - Arrived at Osaka Airport (Total 7 persons)
18 March - Explore Osaka
19 March - Move to Kyoto (By Shinkansen) and Explore Kyoto
20 March - Move to Tokyo (By Shinkansen) and Explore Tokyo
21 March - Explore Tokyo
22 March - Depart from Narita/Hanaeda Airport (6 persons)

I will remain at Tokyo for further exploring.

23/24 March - Continue Tokyo-ing
25 March - Move to Hokkaido (Still not yet decided)

Please advice on the pass for me and my family. I'm not sure on 25 March on going where, if it's okay, I hope that you can give me some advice on that too.
