Hi. I have got my JR pass and want to know how to get to from Narita Terminal 2 to Tamachi Or Mita station ( fastest route) on monday morning approx 9 AM. Do i need to make any bookings after activation my rail pass?
There are several ways to travel from Narita Airport to central Tokyo. If you wanted to exchange your voucher on the day you arrive for immediate use, there is a Japan Rail office in Narita Terminal 2 where you can do so. Once you have done that,hop on the JR Narita Express to Tokyo station, and change for the Yamanote line to Tamachi station.
If you did not want to activate your JR Pass just yet, there are also bus options from the airport, which take longer to arrive to the city, but are relatively cheap.
