7 days itinerary

Hi,
I will be in Japan from 3/4 thru 3/11 and I’ll be staying in the Setegaya-ku neighborhood in Tokyo. I hope to visit Kamakura, Hakone, Kyoto, and Hiroshima. What station should I get off from Narita Airport? What kind of pass should I get? And how should I plan my itinerary? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

You would get very good savings on a 7 day JR Pass. You could activate it at Narita Airport and the Narita Express train to the closest station from your hotel.

As to which one that is, how are we to know? Only you know where you are staying.
For Hakone, you can do it as a day trip with an early morning start. The JR Pass only gets you part way there, to Odawara Station. From there, get a Hakone Free Pass and do the loop course.

On the way back, you can go to Mishima Stn and catch the bullet train in the evening to Kyoto.
Seeing Hiroshima/Miyajima is possible from Kansai as a day trip as well with an early morning start. You won't see it all but you can see a lot of the best, such as in Hiroshima City there is the Peace Park/Museum, castle, Shukkeien Garden, and Okonomiyaki-mura. For Miyajima everyone rushes to see the Itsukushima Shrine, but don't miss the Daishoin Temple as well, and if the weather is good you can take the ropeway up to Mt Misen which has a spectacular view. If you can, try to fit in a half day for Nara as well, since it has some of Japan's best sights. You might even consider skipping Kamakura and giving more time to Kyoto.
Since you are already seeing Tokyo, you can largely skip Osaka during the day. After the temples of Kyoto close down around 5PM, you can zip over to Osaka for the evening. At night the city comes alive and has some great places to see, such as Dotonbori, plus the night views from the Umeda Sky Bldg and Abeno Harukas Bldg are wonderful.
On another evening, you could also go and see Kobe.

If you use your pass for Mar 4-10, then you won't be able to take it back to Narita. But you can use the 1000 yen bus.
