Hi, First, I presume you mean Fuji Stn in Fuji, Shizuoka Prefecture. There is no bullet train station there. You don't say where you would be coming from - but if from Tokyo for example, you could take a bullet train part way there, to Mishima or Atami, and then transfer to a local line.
