Hi Below is my itinerary. May I know should i need to buy JR pass?
Is sapporo city was use JR pass or can buy another city pass can use for bus and train.
How about the sapporo to New Chitose Airport. Thanks.

A JR Pass would be a colossal waste of money for your plans. It's made for a lot of long distance travel. Going to Otaru is only 640 yen, and to the airport is 840 yen. Together that's about US$13, compared to $259 for a pass. Just get regular tickets.
There's a subway day pass for 830 yen weekdays and 520 yen weekends - with the former you might save some money, but you would really need to ride a lot.
