Option 1:

14.09 - 15.09 Hakone
15.09 - 18.09 Kyoto
19.09 - 22.09 Osaka
during the stay in Osaka we will do two day trips: Osaka - Nara - Osaka and Osaka - Himeji - Osaka
22.09 - 23.09 Magome
23.09 - 27.09 Tokyo Asakusa
Option 2:
10.09 - 14.09 Tokyo Shibuya

When I look at the rides between the cities, according to my calculation, the JR Pass for 14 days would not be worth it. But as I have read it, with the JR Pass also partly intra-city trips are free. In addition, I do not lose time for buying the tickets at the counter.
