JR Regio Pass

Hello,

I want to use regio passes rather than the JR pass for three weeks.

My iternary is:

Narita-Tokyo
Tokyo-Sendai-Akita

Fly to Osaka

Osaka-Shikoku regio

I want to use the JR East-Tohoku Pass, fly to Osaka and then use the JR kansai wide area pass and transfer in Kojima and then use the JR Shikoku pass and go back to Osaka after a few days. Can this be done? And can I activate all the regional passes in one place with different start dates? Or is this only possible in the same regio?

Yes, you can use the regional passes as you mention, but you can only activate them in the target region.

Then if I am correct I have to activate my Shikoku pass in Kojima station. Can I do that there? How much time does that take?

You can use the pass to/from Kojima, but not exchange it there. You'd need to exchange it in the major Shikoku cities, or actually, in Osaka too.
