Hello, I will arrive to Tokyo NRT at Friday, 11.5 at 10:30 and I want to go strait to Kyoto.
Would it be possible to activate the JRPass immediately, so it can be used for the travel to Tokyo station and to the train to Kyoto?
I want to buy a 7day JRPass, and I plan to go back from Kyoto to Tokyo at Thursday 18.5. Is there a time limit, during the last day, to use the pass?

Yes, you can activate it at Narita Airport. Many do though, so you could face a 30 minute wait. You'll need a seat reservation for the N'Ex, and other trains are optional but free, and they all can be done together.
However, if you start using your pass on May 11, your last day will be May 17. The day you activate it for to use counts as Day One - which starts and ends at midnight. So if you activate it to use it at 6 PM, your first "day" is just 6 hours long.
You should not miss Nara either, in addition to Kyoto.
