Is the 7 days JR Pass worth my trip?

Hi,
My husband and I will be in Japan for 9days and here's our Itinerary.

Kasai Airport to Osaka
Universal Studios Japan
Then from Osaka we will go to Nara then Kyoto to stay for 2 days
From Kyoto to Mt. Fuji (if possible)
Mt Fuji to Tokyo
Travel around Tokyo
Tokyo to Narita Airport

Not on a one way trip like yours, no. Not unless you add some side trips to make up the difference.
