i am travelling to Hakodate from Chitiose on 14/Sept afternoon.
Will spend 4 days at Hakodate 14-17/Sept
And move on to Otaru/Sappro for another 5 days (18-23/Sept)
on 23/7 we will fly to Tokyo from Chitiose.
from 23-27/Sept will stay in Tokyo.
What's the best JRPass to cover my travel plan.

The only other option would be rearranging your plans to see Otaru first, then Hakodate, and then take the bullet train to Tokyo.
