Hi,
I’m going to Japan for 8 days, I will visit Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka,
1. Should I buy JR all country 7 days pass or other pass?
2. Am I able to use the pass for NIX from NRT to Shinjuku?
3. Does the following pass same as the 7 days pass except 3 days?
If so, it will be cheaper to get 2(or 3) 3 day pass..

You'd still be a bit short for Tokyo-Kansai round trip on a 7 day JR Pass. But using the N'Ex once would make you break even. You could also use the Hokuriku Arch Pass:

and you'd save about ¥5000, but it also takes you about 2 hours longer each way. Kanazawa is a nice city though.
The cheapest and most effective way for you would be the japanican ticket.

You can take the Nozomi bullet train, getting you there about 30 minutes faster, the pass is waaaay cheaper, and even though fares between cities aren't covered, you'd still come out ahead.
The cheapest way from Narita to Tokyo is the ¥1000 bus.

The Tokyo Wide Pass is only for the Tokyo (Kanto) area. You won't get anywhere near Kansai with it.

Since you are already seeing Tokyo, you can largely skip Osaka during the day. After the temples of Kyoto close down around 5 PM, you can zip over to Osaka for the evening. At night the city comes alive and has some great places to see, such as Dotonbori, plus the night views from the Umeda Sky Bldg and Abeno Harukas Bldg are wonderful.
On another evening, you could also go and see Kobe.
Instead, I suggest you take at least half a day and see Nara - it was also a former capital and has some of Japan's best sights. Nara is often neglected by some tourists, and missing the Todaiji Great Buddha would be a tragedy. Nara Park has a lot of other great places, such as Kasuga Shrine, Kofukuji Temple, and feeding the many deer in the area.

Hope that helps.
