Hi!!!
Im going to Japan in August, and I´ll stay for 20 days.
However I´m finding very dificult to choose which pass will suit me better.
- I'll arrive at the airport in Osaka on 13/8
- On 14/8 I intend to do: Osaka - Himeji - Osaka
- On 15/8: Osaka - Nara - Kyoto
- I´ll stay for 4 nights in kyoto, do I need to buy any pass there?
- On 19/8: Kyoto - Hakone (Mount Fuji)
- 20/8: Hakone (Mount Fuji) - Kamakura - Tokyo
- 21/8: I'll spend the day in Tokyo
- 22/8: Tokyo - Nikko - Tokyo
- 23/8 and 24/8: I'll spend the day in Tokyo
- On 25/8 I´ll fly to Okinawa and stay for one week there. Is there any pass for okinawa?
Thanks in advance!

The most sensible way to travel for you would be to rearrange your plans and go to Himeji at the end of your Kansai stay. Go to Himeji, Nara, Kyoto, Hakone, Kamakura, Tokyo and Nikko within 7 days. You are at or close enough to the break even point for the 7 day pass.
If you don't want to do this, then no JR Pass can help you. In that case, you could get a one day Kansai Area Pass for the trip to Himeji.

A Kamakura Enoshima Pass could be used for that area too.

You could then use a Tobu Nikko Free Pass for Nikko.

Regardless, you can't use JR to go see Hakone - a Hakone Free Pass is a good money saver.

The Loop Course is a common way to see all the sights and takes a full day.

Within Tokyo, there is a very good 48 & 72 hour subway pass.

For Okinawa, there is no real rail pass - no trains. If you are up for renting a car, it is one of the better places to do so if touring the island. Public buses leave something to be desired. If you are spending a whole week there though, then you might want to do some island hopping. JAL has a good inter-island air pass.

Both Ishigaki and Miyakojima are quite popular.
