If I want travel from Honshu into Hokkaido, is this possible with a National Pass?

Hi,

Yes you can use the National Pass to get you from Honshu to Hokkaido. A direct JR limited express train, called "Hokuto" and "Super Hokuto" will take you from Hakodate to Sapporo. You can see train times here: www.hyperdia.com.
