Hello, should I buy a JP rail pass for this routing:

Osaka/Kyoto/Nara/Kyoto/Uji/Kyoto/Arashiyama/Kyoto/Shinjuku/Nikko/Shinjuku. Can I use the Passmo or Suica cards in all the provinces. Thank you

Are you returning back to Kansai after seeing the Tokyo area? If not, a JR Pass simply would not pay off for you. For Nikko, a Tobu Nikko Free Pass could save you some money.
