Hello! My voucher arrived and the last surname is cropped. I have a very long name and the space on the voucher for the full name was not enough. But instead of cropping one of the other names the company from which I bought (Japan experience) cropped my very last surname. I am afraid that I might have troubles getting my JR Pass since the page of Jaoan rail Pass is strict on the rightness of the name. Any experiences with that? Please!!!!!

As long as the first letter of your first, second and last names match those written on your passport, then you will be fine.
JR perfectly knows that space is limited. Furthermore, that is also why they do not require middle names.
In your case, you will not have any issues.
