Hi, I'll be travelling to Tokyo, Kamakura, Hakone, Fujikawaguchiko, Nikko and Nagano and was wondering if there was a particular pass which covered these locations? Thank you in advance!
You don't mention your length of travel nor where in Nagano. It may be that a JR Tokyo Wide Pass might work for you. For Nagano, you can go up to see Karuizawa. https://www.japan-guide.com/e/e2361_06.html
No JR Pass can get you through both Hakone and the Fuji 5 Lakes, although the Tokyo Wide Pass can take you up to Kawaguchiko. For Hakone, you'd need a Hakone Free Pass or the Fuji-Hakone Pass from Odakyu. http://www.odakyu.jp/english/deels/ The Loop Course is a common way to see all the sights of Hakone and takes a full day. http://www.japan-guide.com/e/e5210.html You might want 2 Tokyo Wide Passes to cover 6 days.
The Enoshima-Kamakura Freepass is also worth looking at since Enoshima is worth a visit too.
If you wanted to travel further, then the JR East Nagano Niigata Area Pass will likely be what you want. https://www.japan-guide.com/e/e2361_nagano_niigata.html It does not cover the Fujikyu train from Otsuki to Kawaguchiko however.
