You can find individual fares using this website www.hyperdia.com. Depending on your itinerary it maybe that you get the Takayama-Hokuriku Pass them you can purchase a individual ticket at the end.
Hi, I will be traveling to Japan this May for 20 days and planning to stay in Tokyo for 6 days, Nagoya 2 days, Kyoto for 3 days, Osaka 3 days and back to Tokyo, which JR pass should I get? Thanks in advance. Cheers.

The Takayama-Hokuriku JR Pass covers all these areas (https://www.japan-rail-pass.com/pass-regional/central/takayama-hokuriku-tourist-pass) however the pass is only valid for 5 consecutive days, so it really depends on your itinerary.
