I received the JR Pass with the wrong name on the exchange voucher, despite it having been entered correctly as shown on my confirmation email. Any idea if this company offers a free refund and exchange? From the reviews, it seems they require you to pay for a new shipment yourself.

Yes you can return the passes for the amendment. The names on the passes are printed as they were entered online, we don't change them at all. Unfortunately you would need to pay for the pass to be shipped out again. If you need any further information please email contact@japan-experience.com.
