I have a complaint to submit with regards to the ordinary / 7 day(s) / adult Japan Rail Pass.
Is there an email address that I could use for this purpose? I can't seem to find any email addresses that I could use in any of the JR's websites.

Japan Rail Group are difficult to contact directly, as there isn't an email address available for customers to give feedback. JR Group itself is actually divided into 6 separate JR companies that service different regions of Japan, and some of the regional websites do have online forms you can fill in to give feedback:
