Would like to check before i buy the 7days JR pass from 11Apr -17Apr.
May I also know what time is the first and last train from Shinjuku?
Arrived Tokyo Narita on 11Apr morning. Staying in Tokyo Shinjuku from 11 Apr - 14 Apr. Can I use the JR pass from Narita T1 to Shinjuku station? Also can use it on all the JR route within Tokyo?
Will plan a day trip to Mt Fuji while in Tokyo. So from Shinjuku to Otsuki station by JR pass. How do I get around to Lake Kawaguchiko and Yurari Osen near Lake Saiko. Should I travel by buses or train from Otsuki station. Jr passes will not cover these destination? Where can I buy the tickets? pricing? 1way or return ticket? I tried reading but was still a little confused.
Travelling from Tokyo to Kyoto on 14 Apr. Staying Kyoto from 14 Apr - 17 Apr. Will plan a day trip from Kyoto to Nara.
Travelling from Kyoto to Osaka on 17Apr. Will be in Osaka for a few more days before departing at KIX.

The JR Pass can only be used on the JR Yamanote line and the Tokyo Monorail in Tokyo. It cannot be used on the Tokyo Metro or local buses.
Getting to Kawaguchiko you can take the JR Chuo Line to Otsuki,using your JR Pass. From Otsuki you can take the Fujikyu Railway Line to Kawaguchiko Station. This journey takes 55 mins and costs 1140 yen one way you can purchase these at the Otsuki Station.
You can use this website, www.hyperdia.com, to work out the schedules and fares of the trains to see it would be worth purchasing for your trip. To be sure that you can use the JR Pass you need to un-tick the boxes for Nozomi and private railways.
